When you become a mom you some times forget what you like to do, because taking care of another little person is a lot of work. If you are anything like me then you sometimes forget to feed yourself, you don't always get a shower in every day, and you forget to do your work outs if you even do one. I like Yoga just saying helps with my mind, not that isn't going to help you remember anything lol. Since my kids are now getting to ages that don't always require me being around i have much more time for things i like. By much more i mean maybe an extra 30 min a day for me if i am lucky, but hey i will take what i can get!

Photography is my new passion, every where I go, I see pictures just sitting there waiting for someone to put their own personal spin on them. You could take a picture of anything, and with some imagination you can change into anything. I finally got a real DSLR camera and i am have been loving learning what ISO and other things mean. Up until this point I was using my phone to take pictures and then editing them to make them look as good as a DSLR or at least that is what I thought I was doing. Now I see I was just testing the waters to see if I would even use a real camera.....I do and I LOVE it so MUCH! I have gotten some awesome pictures while learning along the way!! You know until my kids start screaming because my 30 min is up, and someone touched someone else or someone broke someone else's toy, the list goes on right?

I always thought people bought a camera to take every day pictures of their kids. I thought Do you really need a DSLR to do that? Your smart phone will do the job just fine! With a DSLR you can go from portrait, to capturing the stars on a cold winters night. Don't get me wrong the cameras on our smart phones are just getting better and better. They don't have the power a DSLR does! If you never really liked your DSLR because you can't get it to take the photos you envision, I encourage you to do an online course. After you will be able to make it sing! Granted I am still learning, I am having so much fun seeing what I can come up with! I hope whatever your hobby is you have as much fun with it as I do with mine!!
