The terrible 2's are REAL!

OMG the terrible 2's are real!

When you toddler makes you lose your shit over simple stupid things, he might be rubbing off on you!

Never did i think that when i had kids it would be horrible or as hard as it is. It never crossed my mind that when they aren't baby's it would be hard. That my 2 year old could punch every button i have and some i didn't even know i had.  Simple tasks become a big job, even bedtime has become a fight. A relaxing bath that should be just that, is anything but. He screams he crys, and then finally relaxes because he left a surprise in the tub for you! You know what i mean!

Supper has become a guessing game as far as to what he will eat! Things that look weird or gross, but that taste good he will not even come close to. Colours seems to be a big thing, for not only toddlers but kids as well. Colours they like dictate what they eat and how much they eat. Simple example if its green or brown No way! But some how orange (mac and cheese) well that they will eat! Forget trying new things its like trying to get my cat to go outside! I must say that in my experience girls are more willing to try things.  My son will not eat it if he doesn't know what it is, or where it came from or what it tastes like. This will throw me over the edge, how can you say you don't like it if you have never tried it!!

This leads me into my next problem. This 2 year old BOY will not go outside! I mean he really doesn't want to go outside at all. Unless i am outside with him it is just not going to happen. Don't freak out so fast! We live on a farm so sending him outside with his older sisters to play is not a big deal. Our yard is not where all the machines come through so its really a quite big yard for them to play in. Why is it my girls will go play but his boy will not. Instead he will cry and not play, have no fun and end up in bed having a nap. Which will then make him not be able to go to sleep at the epic bathtime.

Where did i go wrong? What have i done? Will he always be like this? I hope he grows out of this!

These questions are probably all to familiar to you moms!
